Water gas separation equipment

Product description:
A new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving water gas separation vacuum technology for water gas separation equipment can greatly save electricity while ensuring the effect of vacuum preloading to reinforce the foundation. A water ring vacuum pump is used to change the gas capacity in the water gas separation tank to form a negative pressure, and controlled negative pressure adjustment is used to form a stable negative pressure difference in the reinforcement area controlled by the water gas separation tank.

Water gas separation equipment

The new efficient and energy-saving water vapor separation vacuum technology can ensure the effectiveness of vacuum preloading to reinforce the foundation while greatly saving electricity. It uses a water ring vacuum pump to change the gas capacity in the water vapor separation tank to form a negative pressure, and through controllable negative pressure adjustment, the reinforcement area controlled by the water vapor separation tank forms a stable negative pressure difference. By using the negative pressure difference, the water and gas mixture in the soil that needs to be reinforced is discharged into the water vapor separation tank, By utilizing the height of the water vapor separation tank, water and gas are naturally separated, forming gas above and water below. Finally, the gas is discharged from the exhaust port of the vacuum pump connected to the upper interface of the water vapor separation tank, and the water is discharged from the jet pump connected to the lower interface of the water vapor separation tank. This not only achieves the purpose of soil consolidation, but also improves vacuum pumping efficiency, reduces electricity consumption, and reduces the overall construction cost of vacuum preloading.

The vacuum equipment of the new technology includes a centralized control room, a high-power vacuum pump, and a water vapor separation tank. Not only does it solve the problem of vacuum preloading without sand cushion, but it also undergoes major renovations to the vacuum pumping equipment, which can save more than 60% of electricity, achieving a dual effect of energy conservation and environmental protection while significantly reducing project costs (more than 15%).
