A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the project site to begin site leveling, laying a solid foundation for accelerating the main construction of the project. With the start of the track compactor on site, the 20 ton rammer slowly rose to a height of 12 meters and landed heavily, marking the official start of the soil improvement construction of the BW project.

Project Overview

The BW Logistics Industrial Park project in Vietnam is located in Longcheng County, Tongna Province. It mainly constructs multiple single story high standard logistics warehouses, covering an area of about 270000 square meters. The local geological conditions of the project in Vietnam include uneven foundations such as soft soil layers and backfill soil, which require soil improvement methods to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation and meet the needs of logistics industry project construction. Guangzhou Sunzo Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., as a professional soil improvement engineering company, undertakes the sub projects of soil improvement for the project. The soil improvement adopts the construction method of dynamic compaction technology, and the construction period is about 6 months.

Project Implementation Plan

Construction planning: Prior to construction, a detailed survey and measurement of the site is required to determine the range, depth, energy level, and other parameters of the dynamic compaction. Based on the geological conditions and engineering requirements of the site, a reasonable construction plan is formulated, including the selection of dynamic compaction equipment, construction sequence, and compaction frequency.

Quality control: During the construction process, it is necessary to strictly control the quality of dynamic compaction to ensure that the soil improvement effect meets the design requirements. Through on-site monitoring and testing, such as pore water pressure monitoring, foundation bearing capacity testing, etc., construction parameters should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure the quality and safety of dynamic compaction construction.

The soil improvement sub project of this project has a large treatment area, and there are difficulties such as heavy workload, tight schedule, and high requirements for settlement control. The project management team will scientifically manage the organization, accurately select the construction process, deploy the implementation plan in the early stage of the project, overcome various difficulties, and ultimately achieve the construction start of soil improvement. We hope that the project construction can be completed on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed.
