Project Overview
This project is a soft foundation treatment project for the LNG peak shaving storage and gas storage terminal in the land area. It is located at the 22 # oil and gas berth in the Jishugang Port area of Yangjiang Port. The project covers the planned land area behind the 22 # berth. Build new revetments on the north and east sides to connect with the land boundary of the planned port area; The west bank protection is connected to the proposed LNG dock and work boat dock trestle, and the location of the water intake and drainage outlet is reserved; New revetments will be built to connect the south side with the east and west sides, forming an enclosed area. The land area of the peak shaving gas storage tank in this project is 324100 square meters, with an elevation of 6.5 meters and a sea area of approximately 39.469 square meters. The total length of the revetment is 2427.6 meters, with 2.138 million cubic meters of hydraulic fill. The land area has a handover elevation of 6.0 meters. The first phase of the project produces 2.1 million tons of liquefied natural gas annually, including auxiliary 250000 cubic meters of storage facilities and export facilities, with a planned investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan.

The Yangjiang LNG Peak shaving Storage and Gas Storage Project Land Area Forming Wharf Soft Foundation Treatment Project adopts plastic drainage boards and the company's patented core "NS" vacuum preloading method. The soft soil is loose and has high water content, and PVD plastic drainage boards are used to remove water from the foundation to accelerate the consolidation of the soft foundation and achieve the treatment of the soft foundation. The row spacing of PVD plastic drain board is 80cm, the spacing is 100cm, the drain board specification: 100 * 4.5mm, equilateral triangle layout, and the design depth is 15.0~18.4m.

Fully adopting an automatic control system, the goal of controllable construction and precise management has been achieved. In this project, only one cable needs to be laid for each soft foundation treatment zone, and only one electric control box needs to be installed, avoiding the traditional vacuum preloading cable line like a spider web, which is safe and controllable. Traditional vacuum preloading involves mixing water and air for extraction, which requires a large amount of electricity to extract gas during vacuum extraction, consuming vacuum and wasting efficiency. The effective efficiency of jet vacuum pumps is only about 20%. The patented technology "NS" vacuum preloading method developed by Shengzhou is used for vacuum preloading, which separates air extraction and drainage, prevents water and gas mixture from damaging the vacuum environment in the vacuum negative pressure chamber, does not consume vacuum stress, and has no efficiency dissipation. Its efficiency is 2.5 times that of traditional methods, reduces electrical costs, and greatly achieves energy conservation and environmental protection
